Meeting with me just got easier! Just contact me to schedule an appointment. Most insurances reimburse for telemental health but please confirm that your insurance will. Next, fill out the forms on the Client Forms page and submit them to me. The day before our appointment I will send a reminder email with the link to the virtual meeting (often through Zoom) if you have any questions, please call or email me.
